About us
Gaia and Nicolò
We met in 2017 during a job interview for an airline, in which we worked together as flight attendants for five years.
But what led a Genoese and a Bari native to leave behind a hectic life traveling the world and move to a peaceful village in Maremma? Surely, it’s the love for nature, slow living, authentic food, and the scent of freedom.
Nature and simplicity
The project
From here, our project was born – a glamping site where we put our passion into every little detail every day to provide you with a unique experience, surrounded by the marvelous landscape of the Maremman hills. Here, you will savor excellent dishes made with quality raw materials from our own farm and nearby ones, cooked directly by me (Gaia). You can also enjoy refined cocktails prepared by Nico, using only distilled spirits and ingredients from the Tuscan region. All of this takes place inside a Mongolian yurt that allows you to stay immersed in nature without sacrificing comforts. Outside, there’s a private space with a wood-heated hot tub, perfect for all seasons, where you can admire a spectacular and unspoiled starry sky at night.
